Originally I began reworking because the shirts were cool and unique. As I did my research, I realized how harmful many big brands actually are and hope to spread awareness to sustainability initiatives in the garment industry.
1. Buying just one white cotton shirt produces the same amount of emissions as driving 35 miles in a car.
2. We discard 92,000,000 tons of clothing waste per year... this translates to 1 garbage truck per second
